Can't make it to the studio? No problem! Here is a virtual fitness class that you can access from anywhere.

Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am on Zoom

Single Virtual Class ~ 60min           $23

The Cardiovascular Breathing Course ~

Progression 1 is a 60 minute choreographed workout...

We will begin seated with steady pulsations of the breath synched-up with drumming on the torso, then continue with a series of movements designed to systematically awaken, stretch, and integrate your physical and energetic body. Class ends with the full sequence in standing, followed by a moment of rest. There is no better way to prepare yourself for the day!... Folks who attend class weekly may experience mood boosting effects, and improved performance levels!

Required Props:

Stool, or Chair tall enough to drop knees 1 or 2 inches below hips. Yoga mat.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes cancelled within 24hrs of the start time means that you will be charged for the class as if you were in attendance, and cannot be rescheduled. I fully understand that life is full of the unexpected, and that you may need to suddenly miss a scheduled class. However, openings in classes that are cancelled within 24hrs are very difficult to fill on short notice. This late cancellation policy is a necessary means of balancing out loss of income, and is required to sustain Ebb & Flow Fitness. Fees will either be billed on the same day, or deducted from your current package with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

PAYMENT

Acceptable form of payment for Virtual Classes is Paypal.

•All purchases expire 60 days after date of purchase, and are non-refundable with no exceptions.

•Virtual sessions are not subject to WSST (Washington State Sales Tax).
