Late Cancellation Fee for Privates~ $65

This is a flat fee is only for private sessions cancelled within 24hrs of the start time, no rescheduling or exceptions permitted. This fee is separate from any pre-paid private or package, and the full session will be honored on the next available date.

This is a flat fee is only for classes cancelled within 24hrs of the start time, no rescheduling or exceptions permitted. This fee is separate from any pre-paid class or package, and the full session will be honored on the next available date.

I fully understand that life is full of the unexpected, and that you may need to suddenly miss a scheduled appointment. However, both private sessions and classes that are cancelled within 24hrs are very difficult to fill on short notice. These late cancellation fees are a necessary means of balancing out loss of income, and are required to sustain Ebb & Flow Fitness. Fees will either be billed on the same day, or for classes, deducted form your current package with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Acceptable forms of payment for In-Person Privates and Classes are 

Cash, Check, & PayPal. Acceptable form of payment for Virtual Classes is PayPal.
